Pakistani-born Sajid Javed has been deployed to UK's first position and he is the first Muslim person to be posted on this post.
According to the British media, Interior Minister Amber Rood had resigned from the post on the wrong-related issue of illegal immigrants before the Parliament, after which Sajid Javed was given responsibility for this post.
For the post of the Interior Minister, Sajid Javed was among the strongest candidates as compared to him, Minister of Environment Michael Gove, Minister of Health Jeremy Hunt, Minister for Cabinet Affairs David Laddington and Minister of Northern Ireland Karen Bradley.
